Payment information

Fees for Other Services

Visa and residence permit applications are paid online in accordance with the application guides found elsewhere on this website.

Other types of services (for example passports, certificates or driver's licenses) are paid by bank transfer to a bank account in Denmark. The bank account belongs to the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Due to changes in procedures in the Japanese bank sector, the Embassy is no longer able to receive fees by bank transfer to a Japanese bank account.

Fee rates for other services are listed on the Embassy's Danish language fee page. Fee information is provided in English upon email request to tyoambcon@um.dk.

The bank transfer must be made in advance before the appointment date to the bank account of the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs. A receipt for the bank transfer must be presented on the day of application at the Embassy. No other forms of payment to the Embassy are accepted, including cash, checks, credit cards and mobile pay.
